University of California, Santa Barbara seeks the Transitional Executive Director for Student Health / Assistant Vice Chancellor for Integrated Care to provide strategic and operational leadership of SHS. The role drives high‑quality, cost‑effective care for 25,000+ students and oversees a $30M+ budget and ~100 FTE across clinical and administrative disciplines.
The AVC/ED leads behavioral health integration, develops SHS's strategic plan, and guides organizational change with campus partners.
