Job description
Excellus BCBS is seeking a Legal Counsel to operate as a generalist on a collaborative, business‑aligned team. You will provide practical, timely, and context‑driven legal advice to enable informed decision‑making and advance enterprise objectives.
The role requires a J.D., NYS bar admission, and 5+ years of experience, with preferred knowledge of health care/health insurance law. Hybrid work is available, and you will manage outside counsel to support strategic outcomes.
