Job description
Bayer is seeking a National Account Director - Health Systems in the USA to drive sales and market growth within large healthcare systems, IDNs, and organized customers. You will partner with regional leaders to execute strategies, deliver sales targets, and support key initiatives across the CVR portfolio.
You will lead teams, develop ecosystem partnerships, and travel regionally 25–50% to hospitals and networks.
