Job description
Snow is seeking a Senior Account Director to be the face of the agency to clients, guiding strategic marketing initiatives and cross-functional teams to grow brand impact and patient engagement. You will manage multiple accounts with autonomy, develop the SOWs, and lead strategic planning with clients and internal teams.
The role requires deep pharma/healthcare advertising experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to mentor and develop others.
