Job description
Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead hospital-wide BD and admissions efforts. You will oversee Clinical Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators, and build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, payers, and other clinicians in acute care settings.
You will drive strategy with hospital leaders to optimize admissions, improve patient access, and ensure high-quality post-acute care, with a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 and substantial bonus
