Job description
Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital seeks a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the Hospital CEO in managing financial and legal aspects of the business. The role oversees accounting, purchasing, revenue integrity, health information systems, and patient access with a balance of operations and strategic leadership.
The position requires 7–10 years in hospital finance leadership, CPA/CMA/CM preferred, and strong Excel, budgeting, and HR‑related knowledge.
