Job description
Hillcrest-DC seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations, budgeting, and reporting, reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team. You will supervise staff and align finances with the agency’s mission to support behavioral health and nonprofit health services.
Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day accounting, program budgeting, monthly financials, cash flow, contracting, audits, and regulatory compliance, including Medicaid and federal reimbursements.
