Job description
St. Croix Health seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead all finance-related activities, drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and external reporting.
The role oversees treasury, tax, audits, internal controls, and asset management, reporting to the CEO and coordinating with the Finance Committee. The CFO will manage interactions with boards and partner organizations, develop financial frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance across CMS and government reporting while guiding cost
