Job description
Ledgent Finance & Accounting in the East Bay seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and shape the nonprofit's financial strategy.
The CFO will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, and reporting, partner with the CEO and Board on planning, and lead a 15-member Finance Department to ensure timely, compliant funding.
Candidate should have 10+ years of executive finance leadership and nonprofit healthcare or FQHC experience.
