Job description
Atlantic Health System in Morristown, NJ seeks an experienced attorney to serve as strategic healthcare transactions and regulatory counsel, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel and Director, Legal Affairs.
You will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, advise executives and clinical leaders, oversee due diligence, and collaborate across Finance, Compliance, Privacy, IT, and Operations to reduce risk and advance growth.
