Job description
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture to define the technology strategy, govern architecture, and ensure HIPAA-compliant, scalable platforms for healthcare.
You will lead a team of architects, drive a target-state roadmap, and partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic technology initiatives that improve member engagement and care outcomes.
The role is based in Boston with a hybrid/onsite setup and a competitive benefits package.
