Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations and strategy in service of exceptional patient care. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and organizational leaders to guide people practices, improve workforce strategies, and elevate HR services across the organization.
You will oversee employee relations, performance management, recruiting and retention, and credentialing while ensuring compliance with workforce regulations.
