Job description
Twin Cities Physicians seeks a Director of Strategic Healthcare Partnerships to lead senior living and physician services partnerships across Minnesota. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contracts and build executive-level relationships with owners, operators, and regional leadership.
The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $100,000–$130,000 with uncapped commissions and a realistic OTE of $175,000–$200,000+.
