Job description
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) oversees the revenue cycle leadership and transformation for the El Paso County Hospital District, including University Medical Center of El Paso and affiliated facilities.
Reporting to the District CFO, the CRO drives reimbursement optimization, cash flow, and regulatory compliance, while advancing UMC's mission as the region's academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center.
