Job description
East Adams Rural Health in Ritzville, WA seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations. The CFO reports to the CEO and manages accounting, finance, billing, payroll, treasury, and revenue cycle outsourcing, while guiding strategic planning and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates should have CFO-level or equivalent experience in a CAH, with non-profit sector exposure, 5+ years in finance management, and preferably a Masters and CPA. Salary range $150,000–$180,000 DOE.
