Job description
HCA Healthcare in Florida seeks a senior program leader to drive the implementation and operations of hospital-based programs across multiple hospitals. You will shepherd project portfolios, develop implementation manuals, and coordinate with physicians, leadership, and HR to recruit and onboard staff.
You will partner with the Chief Operating Officer and GVP to deliver executive summaries and coordinate cross-hospital initiatives.
