Job description
Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales team and drive revenue growth. You will develop strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate with routing partners to maximize occupancy and average daily rate.
The role requires excellent communication, strong leadership, and a proven hospitality sales track record. A 4-year degree is preferred and experience in a similar leadership position is highly valued.
