Job description
Gibson Hotel Management, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee, seeks a Director of Sales to lead our hotel's sales efforts across rooms, catering, corporate groups, and events, while growing market share and revenue.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in hotel sales/marketing, proven leadership, and strong negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree preferred; Delphi experience a plus. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
