Job description
The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing department, maximize revenue, and drive an aggressive strategy across all market segments.
You will report to the General Manager, set annual plans, manage yield, train staff, and collaborate with hotel leadership to ensure exceptional guest service while growing market share and achieving budgeted goals.
