Job description
Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego is seeking an HR Business Partner who aligns business objectives with associates and management. The HRBP consults with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment to provide daily guidance and develop integrated HR solutions, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
The role requires at least two years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR, and familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
