IEL Integrity Express Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Cincinnati, Iowa. The HRBP will deliver people-centered HR support, promoting a positive culture while supporting employee relations and performance management.
Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to employees, resolving employee relations matters, and building a performance-based culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of Employee Relations experience.
