Job description
HNTB Corporation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic human resources guidance to office leaders and employees. You will partner with business units on talent management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and HR analytics to drive business performance.
You will build strong relationships, analyze HR data, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Travel up to 30% to support multiple offices as needed.
