Job description
Teledyne FLIR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its largest Defense division from Wilsonville, Oregon. The role partners with senior leaders, aligning talent, organization design, culture, and workforce planning to business outcomes and growth.
Travel 25%–30% domestically and internationally, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive organizational performance while supporting change initiatives across a global organization.
