Job description
The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning people strategies with patient care priorities and regulatory expectations. You will guide employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management while driving retention and engagement.
Responsibilities include change management, compliance, leadership coaching, and handling ADA accommodations and complex employee relations issues as needed.
