Job description
Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego seeks an Human Resources Business Partner who aligns business objectives with associates and management. The HRBP consults with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment, and provides daily HR guidance as an employee champion and change agent.
Candidates should have at least two years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and working knowledge of labor laws.
