Job description
A healthcare organization is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to enhance HR functions in Great Neck. This role focuses on compliance with employment laws, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, organized, and ready to foster a positive workplace culture. A Bachelor's degree in HR and experience are required, while a Master's & SHRM certification are preferred. The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $132,000 plus an annual performance bonus. This is a full-time position.
