Job description
Hamline University is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner based at its Saint Paul campus. The role provides strategic HR guidance to leaders, supports labor relations, and helps optimize workforce planning, compensation, and policy compliance.
The position is full-time for 1.0 FTE, hybrid with four days in the office and one remote day per week, with a three-month probation requiring full-time on campus. Pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.
