Job description
Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support Marriott Marquis operation teams in New York. You will lead HR initiatives, drive recruiting, onboarding, training, and policy guidance while ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
The role calls for 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years of managerial support, plus a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
