College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leadership in Pinehurst, NC. You will align people strategies with patient care priorities and workforce needs to support organizational goals.
The role provides guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, retention, engagement, change management and compliance, including leadership coaching and ADA accommodation processes.
