Women In Need (Win) is seeking an HR Business Partner for a hybrid role in New York City. You will partner with program leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals, handle workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development, while ensuring compliant HR practices.
You will support managers with coaching on performance, development, and change management, collaborate across HR functions, and help build a positive workplace culture across assigned client groups in NYC
