Job description
Keeley Companies in St. Louis is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its People Operations team. You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders, guiding employment practices, compliance, employee relations, benefits, and complex team member matters.
In this role, you will lead employment compliance across federal, state, and local requirements, while ensuring practices scale as the organization grows. You will also manage I-9/E-Verify, leave programs, and benefits programs.
