Dallas County in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to lead HRBP teams across multiple departments, aligning business objectives with people strategies. You will oversee recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and policy interpretation to support operational goals.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 5+ years of HR experience including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, and professional HR certification is preferred.
