Adventist Health is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders. You will combine deep HR expertise with strong business acumen to manage complex employee relations, drive engagement, and support talent development and workforce planning.
You will partner with managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals, lead investigations, shape culture, ensure legal compliance, and translate HR data into practical solutions.
