Job description
Prysmian Group in Jackson, TN seeks a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to provide full cycle HR support for the plant. Reporting to the Senior HR BP, you will guide employee relations, staffing, performance management, payroll, compensation, and benefits, while driving a high‑performance culture.
You will partner with plant leadership to develop programs, monitor HR metrics, and lead change initiatives, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with corporate policies across the site.
