Job description
Brobston Group LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Northern Region, based at the New York corporate office. You will serve as a strategic generalist supporting stores and employees, managing full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
You will partner with store leadership and the HR team on headcount planning, budgeting, talent programs, and metrics, with travel to store locations as needed.
