CSI Pharmacy in Texas seeks an HR Business Partner to support nursing leadership by developing HR strategies that align with clinical operations and regulatory requirements. This strategic role focuses on employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance in a high‑acuity environment.

This role offers a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days on-site weekly, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
