Kinross Gold Corporation is seeking a mid- to senior-level Human Resources Business Partner for our on-site team at Round Mountain, Nevada. The role balances strategic partnership with hands-on HR program execution, including housing, onboarding, and workplace investigations.
You will coach leaders, manage employee relations, ensure policy compliance, and support workforce planning in a fast-paced mining environment. 1–3 years HR experience is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
