Job description
RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with regional leaders and align people strategies with business needs. You will support the full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, compliance, and change initiatives, and lead HR for acquisitions.
The role requires frequent travel to units, and close collaboration with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Benefits, HRIS, and the HR Call Center to sustain a hands-on, people-centered culture.
