Job description
Northwest Bank is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across designated regions. The HRBP serves as a strategic advisor to leaders, developing and implementing people strategies that support performance and organizational effectiveness.
This onsite/hybrid role partners with talent acquisition, leaders, and L&D to plan workforce needs, develop succession plans, assess talent risks, and drive engagement.
