Job description
Living Spaces Furniture is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to consult with leadership across retail, manufacturing, guest services or distribution centers. The role acts as a change agent and coordinates HR matters as the intermediary for management and team members.
The HRBP will partner with units to attract, hire, and retain talent, advise on policy interpretation, and support workforce planning and training initiatives.
