Job description
U.S. Soccer Federation is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff across functions. You will drive people strategies to enable organizational success and support our mission, vision, and culture.
You will partner with executives and the HR team to develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, workforce planning, engagement, organizational effectiveness, compensation, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
