Job description
Family Health Center in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and staff across departments. You will drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits education in a collaborative, compliant environment.
You will partner with leadership to design staffing plans, lead full-cycle recruitment, onboard new hires, and manage HRIS data, reporting, and audits while promoting equity and continuous improvement.
