Job description
Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in the Atlanta area. You will partner with recruiting and leadership to identify and fill key vacancies, manage workforce planning, and lead succession efforts to develop high potentials.
You will oversee compensation practices, ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, and support training, benefits, and HRIS initiatives while delivering excellent service to internal clients and managers.
