Job description
RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Controlling to join the HR & Management Support Function Controlling team. You will monitor FTE and personnel costs, develop planning models, and deliver high-quality reporting to senior leadership in a fast-growing renewables business.
You will partner with HR and leadership on compensation strategies and workforce initiatives with international exposure.
