Job description
Pathways to Life, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking an HR Director to lead people strategy and align culture with the mission. You will develop staff, address problems, and be the trusted point of contact for decisions.
This office-based, Monday–Friday role requires travel to additional sites quarterly and reports to the CEO. You will manage hiring, onboarding, policy, and compliance within behavioral health services.
