Job description
Devil Ranch seeks an experienced HR leader to develop and implement strategies that support the mission, culture, and employee retention. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, wage/salary administration, benefits, worker’s compensation, and the disciplinary program, ensuring smooth HR operations.
This role also leads SOP development, policy interpretation, visa programs, housing management, and payroll processes, fostering strong employee relations and compliance with federal and state laws.
