Job description
TalentoHC is seeking an HR Director in New York, on-site, to lead the full HR function across a fast-growing brand management and licensing company. You will partner with executives, shape people strategy, and build foundational HR processes from the ground up.
The role requires 7-10+ years in HR Generalist/HRBP, experience with creative teams, and deep knowledge of NY employment law. You’ll drive recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
