InterDent is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR business partnership for a large multi-state healthcare organization. The role reports to the CHRO and guides workforce strategy, engagement, talent development, and compliance across ~2,000 employees.
The Director oversees two HR Managers/Business Partners and three Generalists, collaborating with Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Operations to align people solutions with business objectives.
