Newbold Services seeks a dynamic Human Resources Director to lead people strategy for a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization in the Charleston, SC area. With responsibility for approximately 1,500 employees across three plants, this senior role reports to the EVP and partners with senior operations leadership to drive workforce planning, talent development, and HR infrastructure.
