Job description
Pender Community Health (PCH) seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations. This role designs and executes programs that support growth, values, and mission while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy management, compensation, training and payroll.
The director will drive performance management, benefits, succession planning and HR budgeting, partnering with leadership to foster a people-first culture across the organization.
